  Bedouin a Wednesday Saga

  As some of the original purveyors of desert house, Bedouin have been Ibiza favourites for some time now. So it’s fitting that the globe-trotting duo have made Pacha their summertime home. A Wednesday Saga has all the watermarks associated with the pair, from trippy tunes and sultry dancers to psychedelic visuals and a scantily-clad international crowd — think Burning Man but without the DIY spirit or sand and in midweek. The season kicks off on 22nd May and runs until 2nd October and following on from their incredible 1st season last year, we simply can’t wait!

  Marco Carola’s Music On has the kind of loyal following usually reserved for otherworldly gods, a theory that will be proven time and again this summer when the Italian titan of techno returns to Pacha every Friday night. Take your place on the Pacha dance floor at 6am on a Saturday morning to hear a black-adorned army chanting ‘Music On! Music On!’ and you’ll soon understand what we mean. The Napoli don settles into the new season on 17th May, where he’ll remain till 11th October 2024. Expect a heavyweight roster of support to also feature, with the likes of Carl Craig, Monika Kruse and Hector Couto all considered regulars.

  The longstanding jewel in Pacha’s crown, Flower Power is one of the club’s most treasured parties. The big news is its having a huge revamp for 2024 and moving to Saturday nights from 18th May to 12th October 2024. Taking you on a whistle-stop journey through glorious decades past, from the swinging sixties to the sexy seventies and everything in between. And by remaining devoted to the true spirit of Ibiza, it’s kept its place in the hearts of islanders for over 40 years. Expect to be taken on a magical mystery ride with guests dressed in outrageous attire, music from the likes of the Beatles and the Rolling Stones and mid-tune parades from familiar faces that part the crowd. Don a headband, a pair of corduroy flares and a flower garland and get dancing. Groovy baby yeeaaaahhhh.

  Solomun is back at Pacha to reclaim his throne as the club’s number one guy and at this point, what else is there to say about the big man? He’s been belting out his particular brand of soulful, sexy tech house on a Sunday night for so long now that he’s become part of the furniture. And rightly so, because the Dynamic head honcho smashes it Every. Single. Time. The concept is simple: he plays alongside another DJ of his choosing, who just so happens to be a headliner in their own right. Clubbers simply can’t get enough of it. This summer, he’ll step into the booth every Sunday from 23rd June until 6th October and trust us, it’s worth the Monday hangover. As Pacha’s flagship event, this one sells out well in advance!

Zone J (Main VIP Area)

The ultimate party VIP area at Pacha, Zone J is as close to the DJ as you can get — in fact, so close that you end up feeling like part of their entourage. This area is also right on top of the main dance floor, which means Pacha’s famous podiums are within touching distance, a proximity that leads to pure fiesta vibes. Unsurprisingly, given the up-for-anything crowd, come 3am, all the chairs are removed so that there’s more room to dance. Tables range from as few as two people (four on the busiest nights), right up to 15, and though tables are small, prices are lofty. There’s a price to pay for a party experience this good.

Zone M (Main VIP Area)

If Zone J is the party area, Zone M is the most prestigious. Why? Because these tables of varying size (big enough to accommodate between six and 25 people) are located on three staggered rows, one tier above Zone J, with an almost eye-level view of the DJ so you can witness those all those high octane booth moves in action. It’s a bit like having your own personal viewing with some of the biggest stars on the planet. Nice.

Zone B (Main VIP Area)

One tier up from Zone M, all the Zone B ravers enjoy larger, premium, front row and second row tables, but priced per person. Accommodating between two and 10 people, the front row has incredible views of the dance floor and DJ booth, while the second row is located on the same level, which means tables are still big and impressive but views are slightly restricted.

Zone 11 (Main VIP Area)

Larger in size but similar in stature to Zone B, Zone 11 is furthest back in the main VIP area but that can be a benefit because it means you still get great views but with a bit more space to breathe / throw shapes. The front line of tables are for between 10 and 12 people, but as few as two people can take a table on the second line. One of the best value areas in the main VIP section as far as we’re concerned, there’s plenty to love. All tables with agreed minimum spend (drinks, not food)

Zone 12 (Balcony VIP)

Spread across three levels of tiered tables, Zone 12 is divided into rows. The first and second row tables have great side-on views across the dance floor towards the DJ booth and can accommodate up to 15 people, while the third row only accommodates groups up to 12 and views are more restricted. Both are priced per person. Both are fantastically good fun.

Charlie (Balcony VIP)

An exclusive area that boasts a bit more privacy and space than other areas, on the Charlie balcony, clubbers get incredible views of the DJ and the crowd from above. Essentially a line of single-row, premium tables, they can accommodate groups of up to 10, which on the most popular nights (Solomun, Music On), you should expect to be priced per person, but then the club will be packed and you’ll have space to dance, so we think it’s worth the trade-off.

Zone 1

A small but ultra exclusive VIP area, Zone 1 is unbeatable if you’re part of a group between 20 and 40 people in size. Slightly elevated from the dance floor, it boasts amazing views above the crowd across to the DJ booth so you can watch heads frantically bopping below. On less packed nights, the area tends to be broken down into a few smaller tables, so it also works well for smaller groups.

Old DJ Booth

Another small but ultra exclusive VIP area, the Old DJ Booth is also great if you’re part of a group between 20 and 40 people in size. Also slightly elevated from the dance floor, and boasting fantastic views above the crowd across to the DJ booth, it’s just as good for people watching as dancing. On less packed nights, the area tends to be broken down into three smaller tables of 10 people or less, so it also works well for smaller groups.
