Anyone who’s ever observed a successful event will tell you one thing – that booze plays a pivotal role in getting the party buzzing. Not because we can’t all get along without it, but because it lowers inhibitions, lightens the party mood, and gets everyone prepared for the night of fun and frolics to come. It’s a facilitator that paves the way for good times, and for that reason alone, it should be one of many focal points at any decent event. One way to raise the bar (literally!) in terms of alcohol is to hire a private bar with skilled mixologists who are specialised in the art of cocktail and beverage making, and who can whip up something truly unique for you and your guests (without alcohol, if required). Take these examples as inspiration, then tell us what works best for you and we can advise accordingly. We make it our business to know our way round a Champagne bottle or two.
Crafty cocktails
If you know any mixologists, you’ll know that they’re absolutely passionate about their craft. Often, what you taste in sparkling, elegant glass is the hundredth version of a drink that’s been tested to perfection. For a true mixologist, it’s essential that every little element combines within a glass to create a genuinely mind-bending taste explosion. And of course, it’s so much more than that. It’s about the elaborate presentation provided by someone who knows their way round a bottle, a deep-seated knowledge of every ingredient, and an ability to switch up their creation dependent on individual taste. We’ve got plenty of skilled blenders on our books, if this is exactly what you’re looking for, let us know.
Champagne bar
Nothing spells out celebration quite like a glass of chilled, bubbling Champagne, and whether you’re enjoying it sat down at the dinner table or with your legs dangling into a pool, there’s no better way to sink fully into the party spirit. And if you want to
ensure your guests’ glasses are never empty? No problem, we can arrange sophisticated waiter service on your behalf, too.
Club classics
Some events don’t require a formal bar, instead they just need a relaxed drinks set up, where people can help themselves as and when themselves as and when they choose or be served by a laid-back barman. For this we’d recommend free-pouring shot waiters, who can line them up on demand, bucket fulls of ice-cold beers, and an accompanying belting soundtrack that gives the impression guests have stumbled across their very own private club. This is Ibiza, after all – there’s always a party somewhere.
