A party that’s best if you just dive in and don’t think too much, Fiesta del Agua is all about giggles and good times. Es Paradis transforms for the purpose, and at 5am, the water jets turn on and slowly fill the sunken dancefloor, with a pool emerging to cool off in before your very eyes. Get your first slice of water-based fun on 25 May, but don’t worry if you miss it because there’s every Friday until 14 September to catch it. Don’t forget your armbands.
