The villa & separate cottage are ideal for families and children, with a stunning pool, extensive gardens, orchards and a large TV chill-out room with videos, games and pool table. There are fabulous views from the front bedroom terraces.
The main house has 4 bedrooms (2 doubles and 2 twin rooms), 4 bathrooms (2 en-suite), the kitchen equipped with microwave, dishwasher, freezer, fridge, kitchenette, oven, washing machine & dryer, a living room with fireplace, comfy seating for 12 people, plasma TV and surround sound system, wireless internet, games, DVD and videos.
The cottage, which was originally a stable has been carefully restored in typical Ibizencan style. The interior now consists of 2 kitchens (indoor & outdoor), 3 bathrooms and 2 stunning bedrooms with views overlooking the sea and mountains. The warm, rich opulent colours of the Moroccan interior provide an exclusive retreat away from the main villa and pool area. Both the villa and cottage are fully air-conditioned. There is a fitness terrace consists of simple cardiovascular equipment and some free weights. The terraces all have lockable grill doors to ensure safety.
Outside there are two pools including a kiddies paddling pool with a timber deck terrace abundant with loungers and seating. There are also 2 large hammocks for lazy afternoons in the sun. The entire area is landscaped with massive palm trees breaking the heat of the sun and providing intermittent shade. The barbeque area is an ideal way to enjoy the benefits of cooking outdoors with views of the villa and surrounding areas, an outdoor grill and chimney to draw the smoke away from the eating area.
For convenience the terrace also has an outdoor fridge, cooker, sink and a large worktop as well as a good size eating area. There are also a number of charming garden settings to relax and enjoy the surroundings in the shade. The orchards have a mixture of citrus trees, which you are welcome to pick from and enjoy the local fruits which grow abundantly in Ibiza. For the children there are plenty of areas to explore as well as an old pirate ship, newly laid football pitch and climbing area. A new outside bar area has also been constructed with beach style palm roof, ice bucket area, fridge and outside sink for easy day & night dining by the pool.
