This incredible villa is situated on the top of a small hill on the West coast of the island, isolated in the forest, with no neighbours nearby and in perfect harmony with the countryside. The coastal area approximately 600m away, offers plenty of paths for walking or jogging and from which you can enjoy different views. Very close by you can find some of the best beaches of the island including Cala Bassa which is approximately 2km away. There is a small but well stocked supermarkets nearby so you never have to travel too far.

Leaving behind the fields of almond trees, going up a sinuous track in the forest on the top of a small hill we reach an enclosed plot. The sun pierces through the interior of the glassed walls, the pine trees and sabinas are the natural extension of the indoor spaces and the sea always on the horizon. The island of Conejera and the Tower of the Pirate can be seen from the swimming pool, the outdoor terraces and the outdoor lounge areas, like a painting hanging from the sky, turning into the sunset, a daily show.

Full of light, completely integrated in the living area and well communicated with the terrace and swimming pool areas but can also be closed off by a glass sliding door. It is fully equipped with fridge/ freezer, hob, oven, microwave, dishwasher, Nespresso and all the necessary tools for cooking.
