Even better, you needn’t lift a finger in the kitchen, and once you’ve finished spending a long, leisurely lunch lingering over a cold glass of rosé, you can grab your sarong and head back to the pool, sound in the knowledge that someone else will do the clearing up for you (result!). If you don’t need a caterer for the entire week then that’s fine, they can pop in one morning after you’ve been out clubbing to cook you a restorative breakfast, or if you’re planning a special celebration meal with a loved one, they can bring the romance to you.
