This hundred year old house recently renovated with the “Ibicencan” country tranquility is located on the lower part of a small hill facing West. The coastal area approximately 750m away, offers plenty of paths for walking or jogging and from which you can enjoy different views. Very close by you can find some of the best beaches of the island including Cala Bassa which is approximately 2km away. There is a small but well stocked supermarkets nearby so you never have to travel too far.
With stone walls, white walls and old sabina beams, the house is full of light, open to the exterior and surrounded by little charming corners and incorporating the modern architecture together with elegant touches.
In the enclosed space on the South side, where the swimming pool is a natural extension of the interior spaces and outdoor terraces. An Arabian inspired canal leaves the babbling of the water and the wooden platform floating above the pool with the dense vegetation of the hills of Ibiza that surround it in the background. The house integrates in the nature due to its subtle sand colours.
Leaving behind the almond trees and entering in a forest, going through an ochre coloured wall and an iron gate we find a spacious patio with carport.
The property is divided in two levels and surrounding the house several rooms have been extended and with the renovation have been converted into the bedrooms of the house giving spacious outdoor areas as the East terrace, giving access to the solarium of the South side, next to the swimming pool.
On the lower level of the main part of the house you will find the lounge area and dining area, kitchen, guest bathroom and two bedrooms. A covered terrace facing the East allowing to have the summer dining room together with an outdoor lounge area. Another terrace on the Southern side, lounge area, the BBQ, the terrace solarium and the swimming pool. A chill out area at the end part of the pool where the forest begins.
On the top level you will find the master bedroom with a private terrace with beautiful views of the bay. Another three bedrooms, all en-suite completing the property.
