Fantastic villa finished in May 2016 that reflects a new style of modern architecture in Ibiza, set in a private countryside location, just a few minutes drive to Santa Eularia town. The property is finished to a very high standard with all the luxury qualities and comforts one could ask for.
There are 7 identically sized suites – 6 in the main house and 1 in the guest house – all complete with en-suite bathrooms with raindrop shower. Each suite has views of the outside gardens. There is a huge open plan living and dining area that flows wonderfully into the outside terrace. The inside kitchen is finished with the highest quality Siemens appliances, including an induction kitchen, fridge, freezer, dishwasher, oven and microwave grill.
The terrace is expansive with a comfortable lounge area and a dining table that seats 14 guests. There is an outdoor kitchen complete with barbecue. The large pool area has sun loungers and parasols for 14 guests and there are lovely views of Santa Eularia and through the valley to Mediterranean Sea.
There is a full-service laundry room with washing machine, tumble dryer and an indoor and outdoor drying area.
